Granny B's Amazing Glaze is a richly pigmented paint effects glazing medium which can be used on nearly all painted surfaces to create an instant White or Whitewash effect.
Simply brush-on, allow the Amazing Glaze to sit for 2 to 3 minutes and then 'rag-off' with a damp cloth. Once your Amazing Glaze has fully dried, seal your project to protect your gorgeous finish.
If you want to 'thin' your Amazing Glaze or slow down its drying time, add a little water.
For added effects try staining your raw wood with any of the Amazing Glaze shades.
Amazing Glaze is Available in Four practical shades
Antique (umber), Aged (chocolate brown), Black and White
Each Amazing Glaze shade can also be mixed with any of the other shades to create a unique shade of Amazing Glaze.
Amazing White Glaze
Stir the contents really well before use, and apply using a brush, foam roller, foam applicator or even a sponge inside a stocking. The latter gives you a stroke-free finish. Granny's Pearl can also be sprayed through your compressor powered sprayer.
Always decant a little at a time into a separate container as to avoid contaminating your product as you dip your brushes into the container.
The more layers you apply the more pearl the effect, too many coats and you'll have pearl coloured finish. For pastels and softer colours we suggest one to two coats, for darker colours we suggest diluting Granny's Pearl by 25% to 50%
Always test the application on a sample or test item that matches the paintwork and be sure that you are happy with the effect.
